Our amazing team is made up of some who are stationed in Africa and some who come on trips to share their expertise with leaders and developing leaders. We use the John Maxwell Leadership training as well as other topics that our visiting instructors have to offer for the growth and success of our clients. 

Seeing a need for leadership development and having multiple requests for practical training led us to get involved by offering both Successful Business Principles and John Maxwell training to our eager clients.  Most of our clients already lead businesses, but do not have the tools to lead well and succeed on multiple fronts. 

We focus on reinforcing the capacity of leaders by coaching, training, encouraging and empowering them to reach their potential. We also want to provide opportunities for business leaders in the US to give back to those who are less fortunate and have not received the needed tools and coaching.
